Palace defender Marc Guehi undergoes surgery

Crystal Palace and England have both suffered a significant blow for the coming months.

Palace have been rocked by news that defender Marc Guehi underwent surgery for a knee issue.

Per The Mail, Guehi suffered a setback in his recovery from the issue, which he first suffered on February 3rd against Brighton.

Guehi was seen by a specialist who diagnosed that surgery was the best course of action.

The defender will be missing for six to eight weeks, which is the remainder of the season.

The club had expected him back within two or three weeks, but now have to avoid relegation without their star stopper.
